Handstands & Arm Balances - Yoga Workshop w/ Yoshi back in KL!
Special trip back to KL for what people asked for - a weekend workshop on Handstands & Arm Balances!
Sometimes great things come in tiny packages. You don't need bulky arm and back muscles to maneuver into beautiful arm balances, hold your handstand, or achieve the elusive handstand press.
You just need the right drills to get you there, and techniques to make it almost effortless!
Yoshi, of the popular Instagram accounts @puresun_lover and @handstand_drill with over 50k followers will guide you through a 3 hour workshop of drills, tips, and safe practices for you to find the strength to get over your fears, balance upside down on your hands, and fly :)

Originally from Malaysia, Yoshi began practicing yoga in 2014 after recovering from a major car accident in 2013 which left her semi-paralyzed for 7 months and unable to walk or feel half of her body. Practicing yoga daily helped her recovery process tremendously, both physically and mentally – it helps to alleviate pain and strengthen muscles in order to heal her broken body, even to this day.
In 2014 Yoshi completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh Yogpeeth (India) and became a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Since then, she dedicated her life in practicing and teaching yoga. She is passionate in creating her own style yoga. She has been teaching for almost 2 years and she focuses on 3 main aspects which are backbend, arm balance and flexibility.
